By plane. The closest airport to Cottbus is BER in Berlin. From there it's a 75 minute train ride to Cottbus. Train tickets can be purchased here. Smaller airports close to Cottbus are in Leipzig/Halle (LEJ) and Dresden (DRS).

The talks and lectures will take place in Zentrales Hörsaal Gebäude of BTU Cottbus, Hörsaal C. It's located at Platz der Deutschen Einheit 1.
